ASAP Investors and Auction 2017 Participants Sneak Peek

The main thrust of ASAP's Investors and Auction 2017 event is to gather auction participants who are either buyers or sellers who could be – property owners, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, brokers, and other property or prospect sources.

The  auction participants  are either buyer or seller as defined

BUYER –  refers to a person who are in scout or in need of a property of certain specification. He can be a trustee or a representative for a person, group, organization, companies with an intention or need to purchase a property in their behalf.

SELLER – refers to a person with due representation for a certain parcel of land, building or property for disposal or sale.

The object of the event are as follows:

• Opportunity to meet prospect buyers for sellers and vice versa.
• Bridge the buyers and prospect properties to quicken buy out.
• Business matching and opportunity to meet investors and expand network.
• Find and be updated on the latest listing of prime properties
• Meet people who are of same league or likeminders.
• Increase marketability and saleability of property.

NOTE: If the ticket holder is a seller, he has to

inform the schedule of his choice to determine

the turn or queue to present his/her property.

For one ticket, only one property is allowed

for auction.
